Production Methods

Production Methods

We use a variety of production methods to produce our products, selecting them to maximize quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. We implement efficient and effective production procedures to produce our products. We use new technologies in our production processes to improve efficiency and quality. These technologies automate the production process, reduce errors, and increase output. We use a strong production management system to effectively manage our production activities. We continuously develop our production methods to further improve the quality, efficiency, and cost of our products and services. We achieve these improvements through new technologies, improved production processes, and customer feedback.

Hand Lay-up

This method is the first and most widely used. It is the preferred process for low-volume production, single-sided precision, possible modifications, and complex parts. Mold costs are lower than for double-sided molds.

LRTM

RTM is the preferred process for parts with double-sided precision surfaces, high production volumes compared to hand layup, and geometries that are suitable for this process. This process provides more precise part thickness.

Vacuum Infusion

The resin is applied to the mold using a vacuum. The vacuum helps the resin to fill all the voids in the mold and prevents the formation of air bubbles. It produces a homogeneous structure. It produces high-strength and lightweight parts.

Pultrusion

Pultrusion is a process of manufacturing profiles by pulling a reinforcement material combined with a resin matrix through a hot mold. It is a continuous and automatic process that allows low-cost, high-volume production.
